American Fireglass Medium Lava Rock 10 lb Bag

Our Lava Rock Collection offers rocks that measure between 1/2" - 1" and can be used as an accessory for fire pits or with our Fire Glass. If you have a deep fireplace or fire pit, we recommend using Lava rock as a filler. To create a complete design, cover the fire rock with Fire Glass so it becomes undetectable. We currently provide Lava rock in 10 lb. bags, which is equal to 20 lbs. of Fire Glass. Lava rock is a cost-effective option to cover gas piping and tubes in large or deep fire features. Once you have arranged the lava rock how you want it, add a layer of fire glass for a stunning design that will become the focal point of your home or yard.

We take pride in carefully sifting, sorting, and packing our lava rock by hand to ensure top quality. By doing this, we can guarantee that our lava rocks are safe for use in fire pits and do not contain any remaining gas pockets that might rupture. To achieve optimal results, pour at least two inches of lava rock over the fire pit burner. This allows the gas to flow evenly through the lava rock media. Remember to cover your fire pit when not in use and avoid using the fire feature when wet.
